Rajkumar Jain

Rajkumar Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rajkumar currently holds the position of Director - Delivery at Pratiti Technologies since March 2023. Prior to this, Rajkumar worked at eGain Corporation from December 2014 to February 2023. During their time there, they served as a Senior Project Manager and was responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing professional services, and acting as a single point of contact for escalations in the India region. Rajkumar also worked at Infosys from March 2004 to October 2014, where they held various positions including Project Manager, Technology Lead, Programmer Analyst, and Software Engineer. At Infosys, they contributed to projects for clients like Apple and Motorola, demonstrated proficiency in communication and development, and led offshore teams. Additionally, Rajkumar worked at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. (Client) from July 2007 to October 2013, where they held roles as Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Tech Lead & Business Systems Analyst. Lastly, they volunteered at Vibha from November 2008 to October 2013.

Rajkumar Jain's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Adarsh Vidya Mandir Secondary School in Dausa, Rajasthan, where they completed their secondary education.

In 1997, Rajkumar Jain enrolled in Mahatma Gandhi Sr. Secondary School located in Kota, Rajasthan. There, they pursued a senior secondary education with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, which they completed in 1998.

Continuing their academic journey, Rajkumar Jain joined the Indian Institute of Technology in Dhanbad in 1999. Rajkumar pursued a Bachelor's degree in Technology with a specialization in Computer Science & Engineering, which they successfully completed in 2003.
