Joris Peumans

Joris Peumans is the founder of geneHRations, a network of HR Tech entrepreneurs. Joris is also the CEO of Prato, a HR technology company specializing in software and services for staffing companies. Joris is the co-owner of Progreso HR software, which delivers HR software for business results, and Thalento, a leading provider of cloud-based e-Assessment & Talent Management solutions. Joris is also a co-owner of HR-Technologies, a company that develops and supports e-HR solutions, and Actonomy, a leader in semantic search and matching technology for the HRM space. Additionally, Joris is a co-owner of HRlinkIT and a non-executive director and minority shareholder of ASAP HR Group. Joris is also the co-owner and founder of Rally2Green cvba. Joris is the co-founder of HR Tech Valley, an organization that promotes HR technology.

Joris Peumans completed their secondary education at SJB Genk from 1984 to 1990, focusing on the field of study in Wetenschappelijke A. Joris then pursued higher education at UHasselt from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Commercial Engineering with a specialization in Economics Option IT.
