Yves Bovin

Yves Bovin is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various roles across the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as CFO at Prato, a leading HR technology company, Yves co-founded Euphoria, a private investment fund supporting the Belgian startup ecosystem. Additionally, Yves holds positions as Chairman of the Board and Board Member at Value Square, an asset management firm. Previously, Yves co-founded and served as CFO of Cake, a licensed fintech company acquired in August 2023. Further leadership roles include co-founding and chairing PayBelgium, and serving as CEO and co-founder of TradersOnly. Yves's career began in financial analysis with positions at institutions such as Bank Corluy Antwerpen and BeursTips. Yves holds a Master's degree in Finance & Investment Management from KU Leuven.
