Cathryn Dwyre

Cathryn Dwyre is a seasoned professional in human resources and academia, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at LB Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where responsibilities include developing the Employee Handbook, implementing HRIS, and establishing employee training modules since June 2023. Concurrently, Cathryn holds the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at Pratt Institute School of Architecture, teaching architectural theses and design studios, along with offering history and theory seminars. As a co-principal of pneumastudio, an interdisciplinary art, design, and research practice, notable works have been exhibited at prestigious venues including the Venice Architecture Biennale. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Gridapp Systems and Register.com, where significant contributions were made to corporate development and employee growth. Cathryn holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a double major Bachelor’s degree in Geology and Philosophy from Colgate University.
