Joseph Evans

Joseph Evans has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and technical support. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Network & Core Infrastructure at Pratt Institute since June 2018, Joseph has been responsible for strategically planning, designing, and implementing server systems aligned with organizational goals, while optimizing performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Previously, as Desktop Manager at Pratt Institute, Joseph managed the deployment and support of 2,000 endpoints and administered critical infrastructure systems. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Specialist at Apple, where Joseph handled troubleshooting and configuration of Apple devices, and as Technical Support Specialist at Microsoft, providing support for various consumer-facing products and developing operational standards. Joseph's education includes studies at Broward College.
