Nadeea Saeed

Nadeea Saeed currently serves as the Director of Operations & Finance for Research & Strategic Partnerships at Pratt Institute since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nadeea spent 13 years at the NYC Department of Education, notably as Senior Director of Operations, functioning as Chief of Staff for the Middle School Quality Initiative, and managing a literacy program impacting 80,000 students across 175 schools. Additional experience includes roles as Assessment Program Manager and Program Manager for Knowledge Sharing at the NYC Department of Education, and Director of School Operations at YES Prep Public Schools. Nadeea's earlier experience at the American Institutes for Research involved managing teams for high-stakes educational contracts. Nadeea holds an M.A. in English Literature from Georgetown University and a B.A. in English and Political Science from Villanova University.
