Sharlene Medina

Sharlene Medina is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in higher education and client support. Since September 2016, Sharlene has held the position of Senior Technology Manager at Pratt Institute, where responsibilities include overseeing IT operations within the Department of Digital Arts. Prior to this role, Sharlene served as the Senior IT Lab Manager and IT Lab Manager in the same department. From April 2008 to January 2017, Sharlene was a Client Support Specialist at Baruch College, contributing to user support and technology services. Earlier in the career, Sharlene worked at KPR - Kitchen Public Relations as the Network Manager and Director of Finance from May 2005 to January 2015.
