Zoe Bartholot

Zoe Bartholot is a skilled UX Designer with a track record of enhancing user engagement and satisfaction through targeted research and design initiatives. Currently serving as a UX Designer at UserEvidence since March 2025 and as a Graduate Workshop Coordinator at Pratt Institute since August 2023, Zoe has led user research to identify student needs, resulting in improved workshop outcomes. With previous experience as a Graduate Assistant at Pratt Institute, Zoe developed documentation for new website design changes and enhanced the Design System, leading to better user experiences. Prior roles include a User Experience Designer Intern at Next Insurance, where Zoe launched successful design implementations, and a UX/UI Intern at AP Intego, focusing on usability improvements. Zoe holds a Master’s in Communication Design with a focus on UX Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from UC Santa Barbara.
