Alan McGowan

Alan McGowan is a seasoned design engineer and crash analysis specialist with over a decade of experience at Pratt & Miller Engineering since July 2010. Previously, Alan contributed as a product engineer for Chrysler from July 2000 to November 2008, playing a vital role in the full product development cycle of the current Jeep Wrangler and conducting hands-on vehicle crash and durability development. Early career experiences include an engineering co-op at General Electric in 1994 and a role at Greenwood Lake Camp from 1989 to 1993. Alan holds a Master's degree in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Cincinnati, obtained between 1997 and 2000, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Cincinnati, earned from 1992 to 1997.
