Carly Proffitt

Carly Proffitt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Pratt Visual Solutions since October 2022, Carly previously held the position of Director of CX at Main Event Merchandise Group from January 2020 to October 2022. Prior to that, Carly worked at Motionwear as a Customer Service Manager from April 2012 to January 2020, and at Victoria's, where a progression from Sales Associate to Functional Manager included managing over 40 employees and achieving recognition as a top manager. An internship at IMPACT SPORTS provided event management experience for charitable foundations of professional athletes. Carly Proffitt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Marian University Indianapolis in 2007.
