Maxime Labrecque was appointed Vice President Operations, Customer Service at Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) in July 2021.

Maxime joined P&WC in 1999 as a Financial Analyst following his graduation. He assumed positions of increasing responsibility in the Finance, Operations, Quality, Customer Service and Supply Chain organizations. His recent leadership roles include General Manager - Long Beach CA Service Center, General Manager - Satellites Operations Europe and South America, General Manager - St-Hubert Service Center and more recently Senior Director, Supply Management.

Maxime brings in-depth business and industry expertise due to the experience and knowledge acquired throughout his assignments across the various organizations in Canada, USA, South America and Europe. By leveraging his financial and operational background, Maxime drove multiple innovative transformations that enabled cost reductions and propelled growth while always keeping a focus on an exceptional customer experience. Maxime is a firm believer in empowerment and employees’ coaching/development.

Maxime earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an Executive MBA, both from the University of Quebec in Montreal (ESG-UQAM). Maxime placed eighth in Canada in the 1999 certified management accountants’ uniform final examination and was awarded an honorable mention for his academic results at the Executive MBA. He recently completed a leadership program at the Thayer Leader Development Group at West Point, a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Queen’s University and the Raytheon Technologies / Duke CE leadership program.
