Ajay Reddy

Ajay Reddy is an experienced leader in quality assurance and business unit management, currently serving as Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Pratt & Whitney since January 2015. Previously, Ajay held the position of Business Unit Manager for the PW 2000 Vanes business unit at Pratt & Whitney, providing leadership and direction. Ajay's background also includes serving as a Supplier Quality Assurance Representative at Bell Helicopter from September 2011 to December 2014, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and driving corrective actions. Ajay began a career at Pratt & Whitney in 2002 and managed the PW 4000 LPT Vanes and Ducts business unit from May 2007 to September 2011, focusing on jet engine turbine airfoil repair and profitability. Ajay holds a Ph.D. in Material Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
