Brandon Rapp

Brandon Rapp is a highly experienced Senior Principal Structures Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, where employment has spanned from November 2010 to the present, focusing on the structural analysis of high-power turbine blades and supporting various testing projects, including component HCF and full engine testing of the HPT. Previously, Brandon worked as a Structural Analyst at Jacobs Engineering from January 2008 to October 2010, performing structural analysis on the Ares 1 main propulsion systems. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Washington (2012-2015), a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (2006-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (2003-2006) from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and studies at Saint Louis University in 2002.
