Dennis Radgowski

Technical Fellow, Coatings Manufacturing Engineering at Pratt & Whitney

Dennis Radgowski has extensive work experience in the field of coatings engineering. Dennis started their career in 2006 at Cyber Materials, LLC, where they worked as an Applications Engineer and later became a Project Manager. Dennis then joined Entegris in 2012 as a Process and Applications Engineer. Since 2017, they have been with Pratt & Whitney, where they have held multiple roles including Senior Principal Coatings Engineer, Greenfield Project Engineer, Industrial Manager of Advanced Coatings, Manager of Global EB-PVD Coating Strategy, and Senior Coatings Engineer.

Dennis Radgowski began their education at Boston University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2002 to 2006. Dennis later pursued further studies at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2018 to 2020, earning a Master of Science degree in Materials Process Engineering. In the same period, they also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering from the same institution. In 2019, they attended the University of Michigan College of Engineering to obtain a Master Certificate in Lean Manufacturing. Dennis has also acquired several additional certifications, including a Certificate in Fundamentals of Airfoils from the University of Hartford in August 2021, a Master Lean Certificate from Pratt & Whitney in December 2019, and a JCL2 Jurisdiction and Classification Focal Level 2 for International Trade Compliance from United Technologies in June 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt from SixSigma.us and an ACE Associate from United Technologies, obtained in May and April 2018, respectively.
