Evan Desrochers

Evan Desrochers is an accomplished engineer currently serving as an MSEN New Product Integration MRL Engineer at Pratt & Whitney since April 2022, where responsibilities include vendor design for manufacturability feedback and DoD & PW MRL progression ownership. Prior to this role, Evan held various engineering positions at Coherent Inc., Danbury Mission Technologies, Collins Aerospace, UTC Aerospace Systems, Sikorsky Aircraft, and Bridgeport Fittings, focusing on manufacturing processes, optical fabrication, and technical documentation. In addition to practical experience, Evan is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Data Science at the University of Connecticut and holds both a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Furthermore, Evan has a background in meteorology and worked as a Special Education Teacher with the Peace Corps.
