Jeffrey Araujo

Jeffrey Araujo, P.E. has more than 10 years of work experience in engineering. Jeffrey started their career as an intern at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport, where they performed troubleshooting on combat control systems and assisted in turning over training bays for new systems. After that, they joined Westinghouse Electric Company, where they worked as an engineer and later became a senior engineer. In this role, they were involved in various projects, including modeling reactor and containment structures, providing vendor oversight, and developing design drawings. In 2017, Jeffrey joined Pratt & Whitney as a senior mechanical engineer and later became the lead designer.

Jeffrey Araujo, P.E. holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the year 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in the year 2009. Additionally, Jeffrey has obtained certifications as a Professional Engineer from the State of Connecticut through the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection in July 2016. Jeffrey has also achieved the ASME GDTP (Technologist) Y14.5M-1994 certification from the ASME in February 2015.
