Jessica (Bashkoff) Pedalino has extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Customer Support and Product Recall Manager at Pratt & Whitney since July 2015, Jessica has managed customer-reported quality defect investigations and expanded the team to include product recall associates. Previous roles at Pratt & Whitney include Quality Assurance Customer Support Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, overseeing employee development and training programs. Jessica's background also includes work at United Technologies in various rotational roles focusing on supply management, quality, and lean manufacturing, as well as engineering positions at Sikorsky, BAE Systems, and NASA Langley Research Center. Jessica holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
