Kari Flash

Kari Flash is an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in fleet management and finance. Currently serving as Associate Director of Regional Fleet Management for Pratt & Whitney since June 2017, Kari also holds the role of NEO Aftermarket Program Chief. Prior to this, a career at Pratt & Whitney from June 2005 to December 2016 included positions such as NGPF Engine Services Operations / Process Manager and various finance management roles. Earlier experience includes participating in the Leadership Development Program at United Technologies and accounting roles at IBM and Beneficial NY. Kari Flash holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, earned between 2003 and 2005.
