Michael Antoniou

Michael Antoniou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supervisory roles within high-stakes manufacturing environments. Currently serving as a Senior Supervisor in PW1100G-JM NEO Final Assembly at Pratt & Whitney since January 2022, Michael has progressed through various positions, including Supervisor of Final Assembly and Quality. Prior experience includes an internship at The Pontem Group, LLC., and a leadership role as Team Leader (Howitzer Section Chief) in the US Army from October 2017 to February 2021. Michael's diverse background also features operations management experience during an internship at Chaparral Ice. Academically, Michael is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Connecticut and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Operations Management and Supervision from American Public University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Management from Central Connecticut State University.
