Tushar Patel

Tushar Patel is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and mechanical systems design sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at Pratt & Whitney since December 2016, Tushar has contributed to the PW1100G/GTF-Advantage NGPF Fan and Low Pressure Compressor. Previous roles at Pratt & Whitney include Deputy Design Engineering Manager and Staff Design Engineer, focusing on the design and integration of critical components for aircraft gas turbine engines. Prior to this, Tushar held positions at Triumph Group as Design Engineering Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities included designing mechanical systems for various aircraft applications. Tushar also gained experience as a CAD/Process Engineer at The Barden Corporation and in project management at FAG Bearings India Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from BIRLA VISHVAKARMA MAHA VIDHYALAYA.
