Willie Hayes Jr

Willie Hayes Jr, MBA, is an experienced quality engineer with a strong background in analytical chemistry and quality assurance. Since November 2016, Willie has held multiple roles at Pratt & Whitney, including Quality Engineer and Investigation Manager. Prior to this, Willie spent nearly a decade at The Aero All-Gas Company as a Chemist and Assistant Laboratory Director, focusing on qualitative and quantitative analyses of high-purity and medical gases in compliance with FDA guidelines. Previous positions include Analytical Chemist roles at Airgas and Liberty Tax Service as a Tax Preparer. Willie holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Connecticut.
