Nicole Luz

Nicole Luz is a Capital Market and Investor Relations Analyst at Pravaler, with a focus on structuring and raising capital through the capital markets, including FIDCs and debt instruments. Responsibilities include analyzing financial and strategic feasibility for new funding aligned with company growth plans, managing funding indicators, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Nicole has previous experience as a Junior Analyst and Trainee at Pravaler, as well as conducting research at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo on affordable housing solutions. Nicole’s early career included an internship at Barbieri Construtora and involvement in sports projects promoting inclusion and development. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and is pursuing further education in Corporate Finance and Pedagogy.
