Dennis Duncan is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Independent Distributors-US at PRAVANA since 2012, Dennis has successfully managed a team and facilitated training for new hires while achieving year-over-year sales growth. Prior roles include Market Development Manager with responsibilities across a seven-state region and Field Sales Manager within the Professional Beauty Division at Henkel. Prior to PRAVANA, Dennis held the position of Director of Business Development/Store Operations at State Beauty Supply and Regional Sales Manager at Farouk Systems USA, where oversight included managing significant budgets and developing staff training programs. Dennis possesses a licensed cosmetology degree from the School of Beauty Culture in Cape Girardeau, MO, and additional educational qualifications from Southeast Missouri State University and JSBC.
