Meryl Berdinka

Meryl Berdinka has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry, with a strong focus on sales and business development. Meryl began their career at Essex Corporation, where they worked as an Implementation & Training specialist, presenting annuities and securities programs and conducting training for back office personnel. Meryl then moved to L'Oreal Professionnel, where they held the position of Director of Sales Administration for eight years, managing budgets and implementing productivity and efficiency programs for field forces. Afterward, Meryl joined Bhava Salon as a Salon Director, overseeing the successful start-up of a new salon. Meryl later returned to L'Oreal Professionnel as the Director of Business Development, where they were responsible for the success of premium retail and hair color brands in a large region, managing relationships with distributors and implementing sell-through programs. Meryl's latest role was as the Director of Field Sales at PRAVANA.

Meryl Berdinka attended the University of Delaware from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science.
