Rob Kropp has extensive experience in business coaching and management within the trades and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Trades & Construction Business Coach at Pravar Group since April 2010, Rob focuses on empowering business owners to achieve clarity and balance between work and family life. Prior to this role, Rob held multiple positions at Anglo American from August 2006 to March 2010, including roles in recruitment, training, accounting, and business improvement. Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Financial Planning from Deakin University and a Master's in Management, majoring in Human Resources, from CQUniversity.
