Avanti Natu

Avanti Natu has a strong background in legal and compliance, with experience spanning over several companies. Starting as a Trainee at Ajit Sathe & Co., Company Secretaries in 2008, Natu then moved on to Rupal Jhaveri, Company Secretary as an Associate (Legal & Secretarial) in 2010. In 2011, Natu joined ALMT Legal as an Associate, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Natu worked in the Legal and Compliance department at Clearwater Capital Partners. Natu then joined L&T Financial Services as a Senior Manager- Legal from 2016 to 2017. Afterwards, they held the role of Senior Manager at Peepul Capital Advisors from 2017 to 2019. Prior to Natu's current role, they worked at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited, where they held the position of Chief Manager- Legal from 2019 to 2021, and later became an Associate Vice President (Legal) from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Natu is working as the Director (Legal) at Pravega Ventures starting from 2024.

Avanti Natu attended Government Law College, Mumbai from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a BLS LLB degree in Law. Avanti also pursued corporate laws and secretarial compliance at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2006 to 2009, becoming an Associate Member. In 2008, they studied German language at Max Mueller Bhavan, and in the same year, they also had some association with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Subsequently, they obtained certification from the Bar Council of India and became an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2010.
