Sridhar Sirugudi

Sridhar Sirugudi is the AVP at Pravega Ventures. Sridhar was previously an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from June 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were on the strategy team at Indra Water from November 2020 to January 2021 where they designed a 5-parameter scoring matrix to identify the prospective market for a modular water treatment product and developed a 3 stage B2B communication toolkit and channel strategy by mapping the customer journey. Sridhar Sirugudi was also a Summer Intern at Kearney from April 2020 to June 2020 where they worked on digital transformation initiatives of a Fortune 500 Oil & gas PSU, developing a procurement diagnostic to optimize cost across several levers and conceptualizing digital connected initiative to boost worker safety, productivity and compliance. Sridhar also designed client-facing dashboards tracking KPI, enabling the management to track procurement spend effectively. Prior to that, they were a Business Operations Associate at ZS from April 2018 to May 2019 and a Process Engineer at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from July 2017 to April 2018. Sridhar Sirugudi began their career as a Placement Coordinator at National Institute of Technology Warangal from August 2016 to August 2017.

Sridhar Sirugudi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in finance and a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal. Sridhar also has certification from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) at Level l1.

They are on a team with Ajeesh Sahadevan - Vice President, Vinay Menon - Co-founder & Partner, and Rohit Jain - Co-founder & Partner. Their manager is Mukul Singhal, Co-founder & Partner.
