Vitaly Storozhouk

Vitaly Storozhouk has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Vitaly began their career at EY as a Senior Auditor from 1996 to 2000. Vitaly then worked at JDC as the Chief Internal Auditor from 2000 to 2007. After that, they joined Raiffeisen Bank Aval as a Senior Auditor in 2008. In the same year, Storozhouk moved to PRAVEX BANK Official (INTESA SANPAOLO GROUP) as the Administrative Financial Governance Manager of CFO Division. In this role, they were responsible for establishing and managing the Administrative Financial Governance office, assessing internal control systems, monitoring financial processes, assessing regulations and product documentation, and participating in various working groups and committees. Vitaly reported to the Bank's Management and Head Office in Intesa Sanpaolo (Italy) on the internal control system.

Vitaly Storozhouk holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Kyiv National Economics University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1998. Vitaly later pursued further education at the same university and received a Master's degree in International Business from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they completed a Pre-MBA Managerial Finance program at MIM-Kyiv Business School in 2017. Vitaly has also taken various professional development courses, including Internal Control and Internal Audit, at the EY Academy of Business Ukraine in 2004 and 2010. Most recently, in 2021, they completed a course on Internal Audit and the Implementation of COSO at the House of Training - ATTF Luxembourg.
