Mahesh Balan

Mahesh Balan has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Mahesh began their career in 1986 as a Software Consultant for Tata Unisys. In 1991 they moved to the Phoenix Police Department, Computer Services, where they worked as a Senior Technical Systems Specialist. In 1997 they joined the City of Phoenix as an SAP Basis Manager. In 2000 they joined Oracle Corporation as a Technical Director and Principal Technical Account Manager. Finally, in 2013 they founded Pravici, where they currently serve as the CEO. At Pravici, they have enabled businesses to extend their customer reach using Marketing, Loyalty and Verifiable Credentials. Mahesh has also built an industry leading Blockchain based Loyalty Application which will allow enterprises to extend their existing Loyalty applications to a wide network of partners and customers using its Tokanized Loyalty Points (TLP) Platform.

Mahesh Balan received their B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 1986. Mahesh then went on to receive their MS in Computer Science from Arizona State University in 1996.
