PRAX exists to improve the personal and professional lives of leaders. We believe that true leadership skill is the ability to accomplish goals while deepening our relationships. Organizational and individual success is about maximizing effectiveness, which starts with aligning our purpose with our behavior. At PRAX, we are committed to shining a light on blind spots, providing tools for change, and enhancing our most essential competencies so that we can flourish.

Rather than a "check-the-box" program, PRAX believes that leadership development is a unique journey of discovery that is paved over time. This is why our course experiences are called "Paths," symbolizing the effort, time, and resources required to produce new optimal habits.

Our program is an immersive leadership experience that emphasizes the deliberate practice of mindset regulation, value-inspired motivations, energy and goal management, and ultimately self-actualization through advanced brain-body-behavior connections.
