Nicolas Clerc

Nicolas Clerc is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and operational legal support. Currently, as a Senior Legal Advisor at Prax since January 2022, Nicolas provides legal counsel for Trading, Aviation, and Industrial & Commercial activities, while also advising on M&A and integration processes. Previously, Nicolas served as Legal Counsel for Corporate & Thermal Divisions at ContourGlobal from February 2016 to January 2022, managing corporate and operational legal issues across Europe, Africa, and the USA. Earlier experience includes a role as Junior Legal Counsel at SYNLAB France, supporting the IPO process and handling corporate matters. Nicolas holds multiple degrees in Business Law and related fields, including a Master of Laws from Université Paris-Saclay, obtained with high honors, and a Bachelor of Laws from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University. Additionally, Nicolas has participated in summer English courses at New York University.
