Nomusa Dlamini is an accomplished business leader with a robust background in commercial fuels, lubricants, and marketing management across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as General Manager - Commercial Fuels and Lubricants at Astron Energy (Pty) Ltd. since November 2019, Nomusa successfully tackled a significant market share decline and drove profitable growth. Previously, as General Manager - New Business Development at Rotek Engineering Company Limited, Nomusa established a pioneering unit and secured strategic partnerships. Nomusa's extensive experience at Shell includes roles as Global Marketing Manager for Truck & Agri OEM's and Country Marketing Manager, contributing to substantial revenue growth and brand performance.
