Jenna Swan

Jenna Swan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jenna began their career in 2012 as a Patient Registration Representative at Fairview Health Services, where they worked until 2014. From 2013 to 2014, Jenna served as a Spanish Language Educator at Legacy Christian Academy. Jenna then took on the role of Student Activities Coordinator at Trinity Christian College - Semester in Spain from 2014 to 2019. In 2017, they joined VIPKid as an English Language Educator and remained in that position until 2021. Jenna also has entrepreneurial experience as the Photographer & Business Owner at Swan Dives Co. from 2018 to 2021.

Jenna's recent work in the design field includes roles at breathing.ai as a UX/UI Designer from 2021 to 2023, Bridgit.io - The Internet of Ideas as a Design Co-Lead and Product Designer from 2021 to 2021, and Praxent as an Associate Product Designer from 2021 to 2022, and currently, as a Product Designer.

Jenna Swan has a background in UX/UI Design, with their most recent education being obtained at CareerFoundry. Jenna also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Spanish from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul. Additionally, they have several certifications, including a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certificate from Scrum Alliance, a Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue certificate from Crucial Learning, and a Membership Certificate from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF). The CSPO certificate was obtained in April 2023, the Crucial Conversations certificate in April 2022, and the IxDF Membership Certificate in September 2021.
