Per Malmberg

Per Malmberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, executive education, and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Academic Search International and PRAXI Alliance since August 2018, Per specializes in building high-performing teams through permanent recruitment and interim solutions. Per also leads the platform "Forskarutsikter," fostering discussions on research related to organizational development and leadership. Previous roles include Business Area Manager at EFL - Executive Education, Product Manager at Cornerstone Group AB, and various positions at Lund University Commissioned Education and Ramboll Management Consulting.
