Dion Bowden

Dion Bowden's work experience begins in 1995 as a Logistics Manager at Evonik. Dion then moved on to work as a Factory Quality Manager at Dunlop Tyres SA from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2015, they served as a Managing Member at SEARCHRSA. Following that, they worked as a Managing Member at SEARCH Recruitment & Staffing Agency from 2012 to 2020. In 2016, they took on the role of CEO at Praxima International, specializing in payroll outsourcing and software solutions for the African continent. Dion also became the CEO of ZAPEO, a company that provides employer of record solutions in multiple countries. In 2017, they became a Coach at The RecruiterU.

Dion Bowden earned a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 1990 to 1994. In 2002, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning at the University of the Free State. Additionally, they obtained an MBA from Stellenbosch University between 1997 and 2000.
