Sheeba Philip is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles, brand management, and marketing communication. Currently serving as the Founder & CEO of their own global advisory practice, Sheeba supports purpose-driven brands and organizations in driving growth and creating value. Additional roles include Advisory Board Member at Wildwood Ventures, Board Director for Redeemer City to City and The Lion's Den DFW, and Entrepreneur Mentor at Praxis. Former leadership positions include CEO and Board Director of Akola, interim CMO at Spence Diamonds, and VP at JCPenney and International Justice Mission, along with a decade-long tenure at Mondelēz International, where Sheeba directed growth for global brands such as Oreo and Ritz. Sheeba holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
