Nikki Irwin

Nikki joined Praxis Care in November 2019 as Head of HR Operations and Services. She started her career in HR at entry level, coupled with part time study for a CIPD qualification. She has a real passion for HR and supporting people of the organization.

Prior to joining Praxis Care, she worked within BPO Outsourcing/Contact Centres for over 14 years’ supporting large scale commercial organizations in growth and takeover processes. Most recently, she was responsible for a business set up in partnership with INVESTNI.
