Lindsey Campbell Gustafson

Lindsey Campbell Gustafson, MSN-FNP/MPH, currently serves as the Director of Population Health at Praxis Health, overseeing value-based care for approximately 100,000 patients through a network of 110 primary care providers since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Quality and Clinical Manager at GreenField Health, as well as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Sea Mar Community Health Centers, where comprehensive care was provided for patients aged 24 months and older. Lindsey's earlier positions include registered nursing at Willamette View and diabetes management at Shepherd's Clinic, along with research assistant roles at both Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and OHSU.
