Julie Oddo

Julie Oddo is an experienced professional in customer success and implementation, currently serving as AVP of Client Implementation & Onboarding at Included Health since June 2025, where the focus is on transforming the implementation process into a world-class client onboarding experience. Julie also works as a consultant/advisor for Ethos and has held various leadership roles, including Chief Customer Officer and VP of Customer Success at Learn to Win, as well as roles in customer success at Praxis Labs, Talkspace, NeuroNav, and Modal. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Glint, SAP SuccessFactors, and in training and development at Team Detroit and Y&R/Wunderman. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Boston University.
