Lauren Mastrocola Mather

Lauren Mastrocola Mather has a diverse range of work experience in the finance and accounting field. Lauren began their career in 2005 at Ernst & Young as a Senior Accountant, where they worked until 2010. Lauren then joined Nuance Communications as a Senior Accountant for a year before moving to Vertex Pharmaceuticals in 2011, where they held the role of Manager - Accounting until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, Lauren worked at Flex Pharma, starting as a Corporate Accounting Manager before progressing to roles such as Senior Manager, Associate Director, and ultimately, Director of Finance & Accounting/Controller. Since 2019, Lauren has been working at Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc., starting as the Director of Finance/Controller and progressing to roles such as Senior Director, Vice President of Finance/Interim Principal Financial Officer, and currently Vice President of Finance/Principal Accounting Officer.

Lauren Mastrocola Mather pursued their Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) from Boston College Carroll School of Management from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Boston College from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Lauren Mastrocola Mather holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant.
