Taylor B. Crush

Taylor B. Crush, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles. Most recently, they served as the Sr. Director of Patient Recruitment and Engagement at Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Takeda as an Associate Director of Patient Recruitment and Retention from September 2020 to February 2022.

From December 2014 to September 2020, Taylor held multiple roles at Continuum Clinical, including Director and Associate Director of Site Engagement. They were responsible for integrating Site Engagement services into project strategies, evaluating site performance, executing recruitment plans, and analyzing enrollment metrics to improve performance. Additionally, they served as a Site Engagement Specialist, working closely with research sites to develop recruitment and retention strategies.

Before joining Continuum Clinical, Taylor worked at Blue Ridge Research Center as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator/Nurse from August 2011 to December 2014. Their earlier work experience includes a role as a Life Science/Biology Teacher at Roanoke Public Schools from August 2006 to June 2010.

Taylor B. Crush, MPH earned a Master's degree in Public Health from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Licensed Practical Nurse degree from Jefferson College of Health Sciences from 2010 to 2011. Taylor B. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Biology from Hollins University from 2001 to 2005. Taylor also possesses a certification as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator.
