Michael Kneeshaw

Michael Kneeshaw is an experienced professional with a diverse background in production management, quality engineering, and software development. Currently serving as Senior Production Manager at Praxis Packaging Solutions since October 2017, Michael has also held roles as Production Manager, Quality Engineer, and Quality Systems Coordinator within the same company. In addition, Michael works as a Software Engineer for both Magic Machine and The Mirror, roles taken on in 2022 and 2021, respectively, while owning Kneeshaw Developments since March 2020, focusing on software design. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Cultured Love from June 2018 to January 2022 and working as a Chemist at Perrigo Company plc from June 2014 to October 2017. Michael began the professional journey as an Intern at Autocam Medical from 2010 to 2012. Educationally, Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology and Chemistry from Grand Valley State University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
