James Rodge

James Rodge is a seasoned asset management professional with extensive experience across various sectors of commercial real estate. Currently serving as Senior Asset Manager at Praxis Real Estate Management Ltd since October 2022, James previously held the role of Estates Advisor at the UK Home Office from January 2022 to October 2022. Prior to that, James worked as Associate Director - Asset Manager at PATRIZIA Immobilien AG from March 2018 to December 2021, focusing on UK commercial property funds and managing core and value-add portfolios. James’s background includes significant positions as Senior Asset Manager at Rockspring Property Investment Managers and Asset Manager at Deloitte UK, along with earlier roles in property management and surveying. James holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) hons in Estate Management from the University of East London.
