Oliver Sugaré

Oliver Sugaré has extensive experience in asset management and regeneration. Oliver is currently working as the Asset Management & Regeneration Director at Praxis Real Estate Management Ltd since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Asset Manager at the same company, starting in July 2019. Before joining Praxis Real Estate, Oliver worked as the Head of Asset Management at SQUARE METRE ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED from October 2013 to July 2019. Oliver was responsible for maximizing income and enhancing capital values across a diverse property portfolio. Additionally, Oliver worked as an Asset Manager at Criterion Capital Limited from January 2012 to October 2013, focusing on improving tenant mix and capital value in commercial properties.
