Philip Ross

Philip Ross is an experienced Senior Asset Manager currently with Praxis Group, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Philip served as a Senior Asset Manager at AEW from July 2023 to September 2024, focusing on the stabilization of the Home REIT fund comprising approximately 2,500 residential properties in the UK. From April 2016 to July 2023, Philip was also a Senior Asset Manager at Aprirose Real Estate Investment, where responsibilities included maximizing long-term returns for a £1.5 billion mixed-use portfolio. Earlier career experience includes roles as Senior Surveyor at Jones Lang LaSalle, Surveyor at Currell, and Graduate Surveyor at Bilfinger GVA. Philip holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton and a Master's degree in Real Estate from London South Bank University.
