Jay Shaw

Jay Shaw has worked in a variety of roles since 1984. In 1984, they worked as an English teacher at Ji Jie Bu. From 1985 to 1995, they held various positions at The Princeton Review. In 1995, they became the Managing Director of Niche Limited, where they provided high-end training programs to financial services professionals in Asia. In 1998, they became the Managing Director and CEO of NetDimensions. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at Peak Pacific Group, where they helped clients improve business outcomes through the provision of learning, mobility and technology solutions. Since 2017, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at Praxonomy, where they work with the body of knowledge, laws and rules relating to best practices in a given field.

Jay Shaw attended Stony Brook University, but did not receive a degree.
