Avijeet Rakshit has over 20 years of extensive work experience in the Retail loans markets, having ably managed various roles in Sales, Credit Under-Writing, Collections and strategy. He has worked across products ranging from Unsecured business loans, Secured business loans and Auto Loans at renowned financial institutions such as HSBC Ltd, ABN Amro Bank, Edelweiss, RBL Finserve (formerly SwadhaarFinserve) and Indiabulls. He was part of the setup team in Edelweiss at Chennai for their business loans and also successfully piloted & launched MSME in Tamilnadu at RBL Finserve. He has ably led teams to success through his passion for retail loans in all his previous organizations and has been instrumental in achieving high quality portfolios & sales productivity while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. For Prayaan, he would be heading the Sales vertical and would be responsible to build a healthy portfolio.
