DINESHBABU R has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. DINESHBABU began their career as a Senior Executive at TVS Credit Services Ltd. from May 2012 to January 2016, where they managed a team and provided guidance on maintaining the required productivity levels. Following this, they worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Home Credit India from February 2016 to May 2016, where they reviewed loan proposals. Afterward, they joined Kinara Capital as a Deputy Manager from May 2016 to June 2020. In this role, they undertook core underwriting of various loan types, resolved customer requests, ensured timely resolution of audit points, and managed banking-related processes. DINESHBABU then gained experience as an intern at Zydus Group from June 2020 to August 2021. Later, they worked as a Branch Credit Manager at Muthoot Housing Finance Company Limited from May 2022 to December 2022. Subsequently, they joined CredRight as a Credit Manager from September 2021 to February 2023. Currently, they are working as a Branch Credit Manager at Prayaan Capital from January 2023.

DINESHBABU R completed their education with a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from Anna University from 2009 to 2012. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Mahendra Institutions, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In 2005 and 2006, DINESHBABU R attended GOVT.H.S.SCHOOL and completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with a focus on Mathematical Biology. In 2004 and 2005, they also attended GOVT.H.S.SCHOOL and obtained their Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) without specifying a field of study.
