Naria Frazer

Naria Frazer has a comprehensive work experience spanning over multiple companies. Naria began their career at The Glover Park Group as an Assistant in July 2012, and later moved on to become an Associate in Public Affairs until September 2014. Naria then joined Chamberlain Healthcare Public Relations, where they held the roles of Senior Account Executive from December 2014 to April 2016, and subsequently Account Supervisor from April 2016 to November 2016. Following that, Naria worked at Edelman as an Account Supervisor in the Wellness 360 department from November 2016 to March 2018, and later as a Senior Account Supervisor from March 2018 to April 2019. Naria'smost recent position was at Praytell, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Account Strategy from April 2019 to May 2020, Vice President and Head of DEI, Co-Lead of PACT Practice from May 2020 to May 2022, and their current role as Senior Vice President & Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer from April 2022 to present.

Naria Frazer holds a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Georgia. Naria'sareas of study include Public Relations, Sociology, and they have a New Media Certificate. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Leading DEI Conversations from She+ Geeks Out in November 2022.
