Teresa Dubovsky is an experienced professional in training and education, currently serving as the Director of Training and Education at PRC-Saltillo since January 2024. Previously, Teresa worked as a Training Coordinator at Sentara Health, where over 250 videos and 300 graphics were created to communicate technical concepts effectively, alongside the design of 18 comprehensive eLearning courses. Teresa also has a background in instructional design from The Stella Way Consulting, where 13 vocational eLearning courses were developed, and as a Regional Consultant at Assistive Technology Works, Inc., where over 500 trainings were conducted using the ADDIE model. Earlier experience includes serving as a Speech Language Pathologist for Prince William County Schools, focusing on inclusive assistive technology strategies. Teresa holds a BS in Management Science from Virginia Tech, two MEd degrees in Speech-Language Pathology and Assistive Technology from the University of Virginia and George Mason University, respectively, and has completed certificates in E-Learning Instructional Design from Oregon State University and Design Thinking from Cornell University.
